Abstract: The researchers divided the whole dredging project into prior, during and after stages, and the prediction, control, accounting, analyzing and correction of each stage’s cost. At the same time, researchers gained cost control models of each stage based on example proving. These models can be used to instruct on cost management, cost-benefit analysis and give some advice about cost control for dredging projects.
