Abstract: Construction Claims play a great role in the economic benefits of projects in the market of international projects construction. Construction Claims Management is an important part of contracts management, therefore, the level of projects claims management reflects the integrated management level of constructions enterprises. Integrated with the contents related in FIDIC terms, this article will analyze and discuss measures and the techniques of claims management in international dredging projects, set forth modes and methods to which attention must be paid in international projects claims management. It will also present suggestions on issues in international projects claims, by means of one successful claims management case on an international dredging project.
