Research on Coordinates Transformation in Offshore Dredging

Abstract: In China, dredging construction commonly uses the local coordinates, the elevation system uses the theoretical base, while the GPS receiver is directly measured using coordinates in WGS-84 geocentric Cartesian coordinate space. This article describes, in offshore dredging construction, from the WGS-84 coordinate transformation to the local construction coordinate the process model, and the use of RTK GPS technology computing tide and the relationships between WGS-84 coordinate and the local theoretical base. Also the use of C + + programming language computing model, looking at RTK-DGPS positioning technology in the dredging application.
