Abstract: This article analyzes the relevant factors influencing the process and quality of the project (which is a rock blasting under deep water due to the channel expansion in the area of Guanmenkou, Public channel of the Zhoushan Maoao port ). It puts forward some suggestions in solving the technical difficulties in deep-water blasting under complex construction conditions via optimizing the construction organization, technical improvements as well as blasting safety and protection.
