Abstract: In the Shanhaiguan project in Qinhuangdao, with a view of maximizing the utilization of reclamation area, grid control and land reclamation technology of throw filling in layers was adopted, i.e., mud barges equipped with DGPS were used to carry out throw filling in layers under the planned grid control according to factors such as tide level, soil type, etc.
