Abstract: This paper based on the dredging work, discussed the dredging soil classification, the project characteristic and standard of judgment of the project level. Here, it is combined with self-developed visualized software which was about the classification and graduation of the dragging soil, utilizes weighted average's method into it and the analysis of the relation between all indicators of the dragging soil in-depth, Presenting constructive suggestions about how to adjust the project characteristic of the dragging soil and new quantitative indicators, and putting forward a new idea of quickly determine project level of dredging soil at the scene using torvane shear apparatus.
