Abstract
"(Article in Chinese only) - With the change of flow and sediment transport, the river bed will be in a adjusting process until it is suitable for the new hydrodynamic conditions. In this process, the risk of dredging construction may be occurred. Meanwhile the risk of dredging engineering may be occurred by other factors, such as human factors, navigation environments, ship conditions and project managements. With the risk increasing, it will probably affect the realization of engineering target, and even cause accidents in engineering construction. The dredging construction of navigation channel project downstream Nanjing in the Lower Yangtze River is a good example for the risk control, which can provide a reference for future waterway dredging construction. On the basis of identifying the risks, the dynamic monitoring, analyzing and decision-making are taken during the whole dredging process. The dynamic management includes information system maintenance, construction status and effect research, sudden or abnormal situation analysis. Thus, a set of reasonable dynamic management mechanism is established, and provide the technical support for the project effect realizing."
