CEDA's Governing Bodies

CEDA Board of Directors

CEDA Board of Directors:  is the governing body of CEDA. The CEDA Board is instrumental in carrying out the objectives of the Association as laid down in the Articles of Association and has overall financial responsibility for all assets. The Board may appoint standing or ad-hoc committees as and when necessary and delegates functions to the Secretariat.

Standing committees

Environment Commission (CEC): is charged with developing and implementing the environmental policy of CEDA and representing the Association at meetings of international conventions and other regulatory forums. CEC aims to ensure a future for dredging which is publicly appreciated, technically excellent and environmentally sound. Young CEDA Commission: is made up of young professionals and advises the CEDA Board and other committees of CEDA on initiatives to better serve the needs of young professionals like themselves and to promote CEDA to them. Find out more about Young CEDA.

Communications Committee(CC): will guide and implement CEDA's external and internal communication activities. This committee is currently being formed.
