To register online please click here. Please have the VAT number of your company at hand if it is VAT-registered in an EU country. You will be requested to quote the VAT number so that an appropriate invoice can be issued.

* All individual members and employees of corporate members of CEDA are eligible for registration at the member's rate.
** Student Registration is only accepted on receipt of letter of endorsement and a copy of the student card. Students registering at the special student rate are expected to assist the conference organizers with on-site registrations and during the conference and with other tasks that will not prevent their attending the technical sessions and social functions.
The registration fee includes: conference sessions on 3 & 4 November, free entrance to the EUROPORT MARITIME 2005 exhibition, a full set of conference documents, the official EUROPORT MARITIME 2005 exhibition catalogue, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea on 3 & 4 November, as well as the CEDA-Netherlands Reception, which will be held on 3 November 2005.
Payment
All payments must be made in Euros. All bank charges must be paid by the payee. Payment can be made on line, by credit card or by direct bank transfer (for details see registration form).
Cancellation of participation
Only written cancellation of participation is accepted. Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations up to and including 14 September 2005. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions may be made at any time.
