DREDGING EXHIBITION
To complement the conference, a small dredging exhibition will be located in the foyer of the technical session room. Refreshments will be served to delegates in this exhibition area during the breaks between the sessions. The reception on Thursday evening will also be held in this area. The central location of the exhibition area will provide an opportunity for exhibitors to present their products and services to a select, focused group of international experts and decision-makers. The exhibition will be open, for Dredging Days delegates only, throughout the two days of the conference on 3 - 4 November. The standard 6m2 (2x3 m) stand fee is € 1200 for corporate members of CEDA and € 1900 for other firms and organizations. The booking fee will include a fascia board (30 cm high) with company name, one table (80X80 cm), two chairs, one basic electrical outlet (220 V), two spotlights, two exhibition staff registrations (including lunch and refreshments during breaks) and company information (maximum 100 words) in the conference programme booklet. Those attending the conference as exhibition booth staff will not be admitted to the technical sessions but are invited to attend the reception on Thursday evening. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
